All deemed fraudulent transactions greater than $49 are immediately forwarded to third party collections, Skaraborg Tingsrätt, Skövde, Sweden, or in the jurisdiction of choice by Capsis Media, Credit Reporting Agencies, and Internet Fraud Authorities. Capsis Media vigorously pursue individuals responsible for fraudulent transactions relating to Capsis Media and/or any subsidiary financial loss. Capsis Media reserves the right to additionally claim administrative, legal and collections cost relating to any fraudulent transaction.
